Massage is an essential component to InnerFit Wellness and Perfect health. The lymphatic, circulatory, endocrine, immune, and nervous systems are balance. A key and potent adjunct to each of our massage sessions is the IMRS, because it increases the affect of the massage. Our superb therapists will address your spinal health, stress, and emotional balance through one of these phenomenal massage modalities:

Reflexology

Reflexology is the application of pressure to specific points located on the ears, hands, or feet. The theory is that these locations contain reflex points that link up to organs and body systems. By applying pressure in the correct area, it will provide a beneficial effect.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

One of the more interesting massage systems that has been developed over the past century is the lymphatic drainage massage. Unlike most massages which are designed to work on muscle tissue, this massage targets the lymph nodes and attempts to stimulate more drainage as a result.

Raindrop Massage

The Raindrop massage technique is the creation of Young Living founder and CEO D. Gary Young.  This massage technique differs from a traditional aromatherapy massage in that it focuses on the feet and back only, making it a great alternative to having their whole body massage, without sacrificing the experience a relaxing treatment.

Hot Stone Massage

A hot stone massage, as the name implies, is a method of massaging the body, by the use of water-heated stones. This is one of the oldest massage methods which has been used in treating various ailments for decades.

Deep Tissue Massage

This style of massage uses slower strokes mixed with friction methods in order to affect the deeper layers of our muscles.

Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage is one of the most popular types of massage in the western countries. This specific style relies on relatively long and smooth strokes, precise circular movements and kneading. The primary focus is put on the upper parts of muscles and practitioners use different kinds of massage oil or lotion.

Sports Injury Massage

Sports injury massage is an effective, natural therapy for injuries stemming from athletic activities. Even for those without injuries, we recommend integrating our Sports Massage as part of your athletic training regimen.
