Have you ever had a day that everything seems to be going wrong? Or, have you ever been around someone whom may be experiencing that and it seems that whatever your answer maybe to their question, it explodes to be the wrong answer.
How could everything be wrong that day? The simple question to ask would be “what is it that you really want and is there anything that would be pleasing to you?”.
You will immediately find out that there is no right answer that will be pleasing to you and that there will be no amount of right answers from others that will satisfy your need not to be irritated. The reason is simple. You are not looking for happiness and joy that day you are looking for being miserable and irritated and we always find what we are looking for.
The people who look for reasons to be offended are rarely disappointed, the people who look for love always find it, the people who are looking for fights will definitely get into a fight and the ones who want to be at peace will have a peaceful day.
When you are in love the world seems loving. You greet the mail man with open arms and ask about his kids. When you have a reason to hate something, the mail man is delivering the same mail and you are so frustrated that he has never delivered the mail the way you like it when in reality nothing has changed outside of you other than your view of the world.
“The most important decision we make is whether we believe we live in a friendly or hostile universe.” (Einstein)
Some of the studies have shown that motors and electromagnetic fields such as equipment and computers tend to fail more often when the operators do not have a positive energy and when they are not in a good mood. This means that when you feel negative, more negative events will magnetically find their ways to be in your experience that day.
What could be some of the reasons causing this? Lack of proper sleep, physical discomfort, reading or watching disturbing movies or books before going to bed, going to bed with disturbing thoughts, worrying about upcoming events, being overwhelmed and over committed with responsibilities and of course everything starts with a thought and more.
What would be the energetic reason for this? Peace only resides at NOW. When we direct our focus to the past or worry about the future we set ourselves up for mourning the past or having anxiety for the future. That means we have more potential to promote negativity when we are physically present at now but mentally we are not.
What can we do if we ever experience this? The first step for recovery would be to simply remain at present at NOW where peace is and stop all thoughts from past or future. Allow yourself to simply and humbly be irritated to allow what has been stored inside you to pass through. This emotion is foreign to your being and it is impossible to reside within you so it will leave you as soon as you allow it. No resistance, no confrontation within yourself to suppress what you are experiencing. Simply repeat to yourself that it is OK that you are irritated and you are going to experience that irritation and ask yourself why you are irritated without trying to justify all the reasons that you should not be. Acknowledge the reasons that come up for your irritation and simply remain irritated until gone.
