We all receive many inspirational quotes that impact us for a few seconds, minutes or hours but at the end they are just more poetic ways of expressing something that we wish to follow but we fall short of using that in our lives. All we mostly want is how to apply those personally so they can be embedded in our behavior. Here is a simple way of implementing a change in your attitude when you wish to make a change . Draw a complete circle on a sticky note or a piece of paper and write what is desired inside the circle and carry it with you and post it everywhere that you can easily see. Look at it and repeat it as many times as possible until it becomes the path of least resistance of your thoughts. Your thought pattern’s default will soon be diverted to the new thought which will automatically supersede the old one.
