Yo Chi 6-7:30pm

YoChi is a combined creation of Yoga and Chi Gong. Our 70 minutes of breathing movements are followed by 20 minutes of specific energy meditation techniques which focus and enhance our thoughts. Through these deep, slow movements, the body’s 30-70 trillion cells are oxygenated, building immunity and decreasing stress cortisol levels. The student will leave the class feeling emotionally revived and well.
