IMRS FAQ

Many potential users think “Magnetic Resonance stimulation” means that there are magnets inside the whole body applicator. While people with chronic pain seek various magnet therapies, the IMRS is the only technology which creates an electromagnetic field that resonates with the same range of frequency as the earth and, hence, the same frequency as our cells. Static magnets will never provide such a resonance effect. And Pulsed Magnetic Resonance Stimulation is scientifically proven to achieve the most effective cellular regenerative cellular treatment.

The IMRS treatment pulses electromagnetic fields into the body, magnetizing ATP (adenosine triphosphate) into the cells. There is purposeful communication between these magnetizing effects and weak, unhealthy or energetically deprived cells, which have been depleted by stress and environmental causes. An increase in APT energy fuel increases and speeds up the effect of the ion pumps and leaves the body with a much higher oxygen supply. More cellular oxygen fights disease and gives the user incredible energy!

Resonance is the principle of amplifying the fluctuations within every cell in the body. Though they do resonate at the same frequency as healthy cells, unhealthy cells have a weaker level of fluctuation. When supplemented by the IMRS session, a cell will experience a precise point of resonance, and the magnetic field stimulation amplifies the speed of these cellular oscillations within the weakened cell, increasing its energy. This is the true meaning of cellular regeneration therapy!

Although the subtle sensations within magnetic fields are not easily felt with our five senses,  some clients perceive tingling in the feet, and other subtle sensations during this treatment. Most common observations are sensations of heat on the parts being treated. If your back, neck and hands are connected to the IMRS body applicator mat, there may be a slight temperature increase caused by more improved circulation in the muscles or skin, as well as tingling in the hands or feet. Rare sensations are heartbeat increases, which are related to fear or anxiety of this unknown experience. The preferred state should be a deeply relaxing effect of the IMRS – a “warm, fuzzy feeling” that happens when the parasympathetic nervous system is re-balanced. In summary: 40-50% of patients initially do not experience sensations during the first treatment 40% experience enjoyable warmth 10% experience pulsing, tingling, or other sensations 70-75% report looser, more relaxed back muscles following treatment.

Studies conducted on more than  200,000 patients prove there are no harmful side-effects to well-being and health due to magnetic resonance stimulation. In a 17-year long double blind trial on the effects of PEMF (Pulsating electromagnetic field therapy) on Osteoporosis patients, more than 200,000 patients were treated in Eastern Europe with pulsating electromagnetic fields without any measurable side effects. 15 to 20% of users may experience a first reaction considered as a ‘healing reaction’, which may occur by slightly increased pleasurable pain sensation after a deep massage. Usually these are the same clients who may be sensitive to weather changes or magnetic fields in general. Before being conditioned to IMRS use, it is important to use it for less time, as it is quite awakening if exposed to more than 8 minutes initially. While there is no overstimulation possible, reports of same day sleep occur rarely as the increased cellular oxygen levels can be too enlivening if exposed for too long initially. We inform our clients of this ahead of time, and encourage more water intake in case of adverse reactions. The most important thing is to return for a future visit to ensure the full effects and benefits are achieved.

The best way to answer this question is through your own personal experience before and after two daily sessions. Experiencing improved stamina and energy on a daily basis as well as flexibility and mobility tests, as well as increased range of motion in a yoga class are great ways to gauge the beneficial effects. Case histories – clinically proven Dark field microscopy and thermwell ography before and after studies are also available. To learn more, visit this IMRS FAQ page.

A single IMRS session at Innerfit is $15.00. A package (recommended for full benefits) is $180 for 12 sessions and  $360 for 24 sessions.
