A circuit training session requires only 30 minutes, because the body strains quickly from the powerful resistance and vibration training. This great, time-efficient workout enables you to get in and out of our studio quickly during, say, lunch hour, enabling you to get your daily workout in quickly! There are two circuit training routines: the first dynamic routine uses your own body weight, hand weights, the Pilates reformer, and some Power Plate resistance training. The second routine blends Power Plate Training with floor and weight training. Here are some of the types of exercises you will perform in circuit training:

  • Floor exercises such as planks
  • 10 minutes of resistance exercises on the Power Plate,
  • Sit ups and Power Plate
  • Step up cardio
  • PowerPlate squats, push ups, and planks
  • Core work on the Pilates Reformer

Rest

At the end of the session, there is downtime and rest – a Power Plate Massage on the Power Plate mat relaxes every muscle you’ve just worked.
